1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website pixelwave.lk, subscribing to our managed web hosting, acquiring digital software products, or using our AI automation solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
PixelWave AI Solutions provides enterprise digital services, including but not limited to:
- Web Application Development, Custom SaaS Platform Engineering, and UI/UX Design.
- Managed High-Speed Cloud Server Hosting, SSL Security Certificates, and Technical SLA Support.
- Domain Name Registration and Annual Renewals (.lk, .com, .net, .org, etc.).
- AI Automation Workflows, WhatsApp Business CRM, and Social Media Management Suite.
3. Annual Hosting & Service Renewals
Initial service fees and web package offers are valid for the first year (12 months) from the date of invoice. From the second year onwards, the annual infrastructure renewal package must be paid in full on or before the due date specified in your renewal notice.
Important: Failure to settle annual hosting and domain renewals within the grace period will result in automated domain suspension and temporary holding screen routing.
4. Payment Terms & Online Checkout
All online payments on pixelwave.lk are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) securely via PayHere Payment Gateway. Customers may pay using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Sri Lankan Internet Banking. Down payments for custom development projects are non-refundable once development milestones have been approved.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final full payment, all custom web design graphics, content, and bespoke client code developed specifically for your business belong to you. Proprietary PixelWave AI frameworks, underlying SaaS code engines, and sub-workflow assets remain the intellectual property of PixelWave AI Solutions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
