We offer a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee on new managed cloud web hosting plans and standard digital software licenses starting from the transaction date. If you are unsatisfied with our hosting performance, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items and fees are strictly non-refundable due to third-party registrar and work costs:

• Domain Name Registrations & Renewals: Domain registration fees (.lk, .com, .net, etc.) paid to registries cannot be reversed once processed.
• Custom Software & Web Development Down Payments: Initial down payments for custom website design or bespoke software development after design mockups or milestone approvals.
• Third-Party API & Infrastructure Costs: GPU server allocations or dedicated third-party API keys consumed during service deployment.

4. How Refund Payments Are Processed (PayHere)

Approved refunds for payments completed online via PayHere will be credited directly back to the original payment instrument (Credit/Debit Card or Sri Lankan Bank Account) used during checkout.

• Processing Time: PayHere refund transactions typically take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your card/bank statement.
• Deductions: Third-party payment gateway handling fees or bank processing charges may be deducted where applicable by bank policies.
