1. Overview & Commercial Scope
PixelWave AI Solutions (Pvt) Ltd ("PixelWave", "Company", "we", "us") delivers enterprise autonomous digital workforces, sovereign cloud hosting, 3D WebGL web engineering, and automated CRM workflows through pixelwave.lk. This Refund & Cancellation Policy defines the transparent terms under which subscriptions, payments, and milestone fees are handled.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Web Presence & Standalone Licenses)
We provide an unconditional 14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee on standard managed cloud hosting services, OnePage™ web packages, and standalone digital software licenses starting from the date of initial payment.
If a client is not fully satisfied with our initial delivery performance or architecture response times, they may request a full cancellation and refund within 14 calendar days with zero cancellation penalty.
3. 50% / 30% / 20% Escrow Milestone Deployments
To ensure 100% financial security and client trust, custom Autonomous Workforce tiers (Autopilot™, Momentum™, Sovereign™, VIP Vision™) and enterprise Statement of Work (SOW) contracts operate on a structured Escrow milestone ledger via portal.pixelwave.lk:
- 50% Inception Deposit: Fully refundable within 7 business days if dedicated private VPS infrastructure commissioning and AI agent fine-tuning have not commenced.
- 30% Live Staging Milestone: Released only after client reviews and verifies functional agents and workflows in the staging portal. Once staging verification is accepted by the client, this milestone is non-refundable.
- 20% Final Production Handover: Released upon production go-live, master Git repository delivery, and transfer of sovereign credential keys. Non-refundable post-delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Third-Party Disbursements
The following disbursements are non-refundable once registered or consumed:
- Domain Name Registration Fees: Official registration and renewal fees for
.LK(LK Domain Registry),.COM,.NET, or.ORG(ICANN) domains once submitted to statutory registrars. - Consumed Token Allowances & Coins: PixelWave Coins or third-party AI compute tokens consumed during custom live operations or scraping tasks.
5. Online Payment Processing & Reversals (Payments.lk / 3D Secure / Cards)
All online payments on pixelwave.lk are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) securely through universal 3D Secure payment gateways (supporting Visa, MasterCard, and Sri Lankan Internet Banking).
- Processing Time: Approved refund claims will be credited back directly to the original payment instrument within 3 to 7 business days, subject to card-issuing bank clearing schedules.
- Currency & Deduction: Refunds are issued in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Third-party gateway transaction charges are absorbed by PixelWave unless cancellation is caused by client breach.
